Florida Here I Come!

Tomorrow morning I'm headed to Florida to visit my younger brother who moved down there in November for his job.  My little one and I are flying down tomorrow with my mom and my husband is meeting us there on Friday.  It will be a great vacation and I can't wait!  (Minus the part about the plane ride with a toddler!) I will still be checking emails, voice mails, but I may not get them returned quite as promptly as I usually like to.  But like I said, I will be checking periodically (when I'm not soaking up the rays on the beach :) so definitely let me know if you need anything!  I will be returning to Minnesota on Tuesday, June 30.

July Is Booked!

My July is officially booked.  I am not scheduling any more sessions for the month of July, as I am full.  I know all of my days aren't marked booked on my calendar, but I need to leave days for editing, ordering, etc.  If you were hoping for a July session, give me a call and hopefully we can get you in as soon as possible in early August, but I am full for July.  It isn't too early to be thinking about those fall sessions, if you are interested in family photos, or photos of your children for Christmas cards, etc.  (Be on the lookout on my blog for an announcement coming soon about a mini-session  marathon day in October just for getting some great pics for Christmas cards, etc!)  Give me a call or email today if you're interested in photos so we can get a date on the calendar for you!

Happy Birthday To You Too!

I got to photograph this little beauty and her family today, and just like my little guy yesterday, it was her birthday today too!  She is 4 today!!  Happy Birthday To You Cutie!  I had lots of fun with her and her sister, and she was full of four year-old fun!  We had a good time, despite the HOT HOT temps.  We even braved the heat for a few quick outdoor shots, because the colors in their yard were too pretty to pass up.  Here are a few from today!

Happy Birthday Handsome!

Happy Birthday To You!!  I got to spend my morning with this handsome little man..and it just so happens to be his 1st birthday today!  He is SUCH a one year-old boy, and he made me work for it!  I chased this little guy all over, and every once in awhile he would decide I was worthy of a glance, and that killer smile of his!  There was a beautiful path near their home that was perfect for a walk and some photos.  These one year-old boys lately are just making my heart melt.  Love em!  Here are a few from this morning.  Hope you like them!

His mom found these overalls I used from another session.  I just love them!  His dad plays baseball, so this was perfect.  We did a little vintage look on this one too..kind of fun :)

What A Girl!

Today I got to photograph my first senior girl.  What a girl she is too..she braved the rain and the weeds to finish her photos.  Yes, it rained on us, but we forged on!  (Okay, it eventually stopped, but still!)  She is a beautiful senior girl with some killer eyes..so pretty!  I hope you like your sneak peek.  Thanks for being up for trying so many different places with me..even in the rain!  I had a great time meeting you today! :)

9 Months of Sweetness

It doesn't get much better than today!  I got to meet up with a good friend, and one of my favorite little people to photograph!  This little sweetie was my second newborn ever to photograph, and now she is 9 months old!  We always have fun.   She is too cute for words and just as sweet as she is cute, as you can see by her smiles.  We had a little playtime with our girls afterward, and it was so much fun.  Always good to hang out with you girls! :)

My First Senior!

Friday I met up with a Chaska senior for my first senior session!  I was like a kid in a candy store trying out all sorts of fun places, etc.  He was SUCH a good sport for putting up with me.  He is also extremely photogenic, as you can see for yourself, which just added to the awesomeness!  I owe you guys a big thank you!  I told you I was going to have a hard time narrowing it down.  This barely touches all of the great shots we got.  I hope you like them so far!

Today I got to go visit Mr. E for his 6 month photos.  We did his 3 month photos and it was the day after daylight savings time and we had kind of a crummy day.  Today was BEAUTIFUL!  We had lots of sunshine and lots of fun.  He was so full of smiles.  He cracked me up because if you needed another smile, all you had to do was recite the vowels and he smiled like crazy.  Too funny!  He is going to be a bright one! :)  I had fun seeing you again.  Hope you like them so far!

Handsome Little Guys!

Yesterday I got to meet these two handsome little guys and their mom and dad.  It was a beautiful Saturday morning!  We had lots of fun, and Mr. C gave me a lesson in Cars, robots, and Star Wars.  I love 4 year-olds and it makes me miss my Kindergarten days!  I put quite a few black and white ones up here, since I know you said you like those a lot, but had to do some colors because I love the greens and the eyes on your boys.  So sweet!  Hope you like your sneak peek!
